WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently use USPS Shipping. Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 2-5 days depending on your area.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
USPS Tracking numbers will be sent once your order ships. Be sure to check the email address you provided.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
We currently offer International Shipping at a rate calculated automatically by USPS. If a rate is not provided, international orders will require a Flat Rate of $30 for shipping
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
REGULAR ITEMS: NO refunds. Exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving. In order to receive full store credit or exchange, items must be returned in original condition. This means no stains, do damage, no smells. Return shipping to be paid by customer.
CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS and ANY INTIMATE APPAREL: Final sale. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments are securely handled through PayPal or Square. You do not need a PayPal account to process payments. You can simply follow the steps and use your debit or credit card. If you do not feel comfortable with the process, please email to request an invoice.
